If the date of your wedding reception is available, a meeting will be planned at which time we will discuss the logistics in detail of your special day. At this meeting we will also plan the menu and share with you pictures and ideas from prior weddings.  We will then schedule a tasting of your menu selections customized to your tastes. Upon completion we will have the information necessary to prepare a proposal for you.
 
Upon acceptance of our proposal, Creative Touch Catering requires a deposit of 25% of the estimated total based on the costs determined during the menu planning.
  
Confirmation of final guest count is due 7 days prior to the date of your wedding reception. Guest count may only increase after this date.
  

Menu pricing does not include 18% house service or appropriate 6.5% sales tax.
  

Due to health department regulations, leftover food can only be kept if proper refrigeration is available.
  
Final payment is due on or before the date of your event. We accept personal checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express.
